However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a customer is not entirely satisfied with a service or product. If this happens, we welcome your feedback and are committed to addressing and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 72 hours, and we aim to provide a full resolution within 7 to 14 days. In some cases, where further investigation is required, this timeframe may be extended, but we will keep you informed of the progress throughout.
Most issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, and we value the opportunity to put things right when something has gone wrong.
